To provide its services, the Add-on requires your permission to access the following data:Read-only access to your Gmail: This is used to search for emails containing keywords related to game codes (e.g., "code," "key").Modify access to your Gmail: This is used to apply a "SteamCodeChecked" label and mark threads as read after they have been processed to avoid duplicate scans.Access to create and modify Google Sheets: This is used to create a new spreadsheet file in your Google Drive and write the extracted game codes into it.Permission to send email as you: This is used solely to send you a single notification email when a process is complete, containing a link to your results spreadsheet.Your email address: This is used to identify you as the recipient for the completion notification email.Permission to manage script triggers: This is used to run the email scanning process in the background to prevent timeouts.2. How We Use Information
The Add-on uses the access described above exclusively to perform its core function: finding game codes in your email and organizing them into a Google Sheet for your convenience.3. Information We Do Not Collect or Store
The Add-on does not store, transmit, or share any of your personal data on any external servers.
